Sterling Update – North Bay Firestorm

Thank you to all of you who have reached out to us this week asking about how the fires have impacted us. As of today we are pleased to report that the Sterling team is safe and accounted for. We are now busy hosting evacuees, helping in shelters, and making food for first responders.

Sadly, this is not the case for so many of our friends and clients who have lost absolutely everything.

So while the fire is still far from over, we think that it is time for us to begin looking at ways to help. In the short term we are asking friends and associates to donate retailer gift cards such as Target, CVS, Walmart, or Costco to meet the needs of those affected. (Don’t forget the service animals!)

We’ve reached out to other AT vendors and have also got a matching commitment from Adaptive Technology Services, where we offer the best services in technology from technical support to online services similar to the ones on Fivver which you can learn about at different Fiverr Review online. We hope other vendors will also contribute to this effort in the future.

Sterling Adaptives and Adaptive Technology Services will both match up to $1,000 in donations.

This means that for every $10.00 gift card received the amount donated will be $30.00.

We will be working directly with the Earle Baum Center and other similar agencies to identify individuals with disabilities who are in most need of this type of short term support.

Thank you very much for any help you can give us in the effort.

Please mail your gift cards to us at:

Thank you all,

The Sterling Team
