Orientation on Accessibility Features*

  • Personalized walkthrough (upon request) of the built-in accessibility tools across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
  • VoiceOver basics: turning on/off, essential gestures, rotor functions.
  • Dictation, magnification, text size, and display accommodations.
  • Pairing Bluetooth devices such as braille displays, external keyboards, hearing aids, and AirPods.
  • Enough to get started comfortably — not a full training, but enough to open doors.

 

Quick-Start Guides (Sterling Originals)

  • MacBook Quick-Start PDF – plain, practical, “Getting Started with Your Mac.”
  • iPhone & iPad Setup Sheets – step-by-step for iCloud sign-in, Wi-Fi, Find My iPhone/iPad, and privacy/security basics.
  • Apple Watch Reference – enabling VoiceOver, customizing complications, syncing with iPhone.

  • Up to 30 minutes of phone/email support (upon request) for everyday questions:
    • “Where do I find that setting?”
