Every Apple product purchased through Sterling Adaptives comes with a complete set of supports designed specifically for users who rely on accessibility features. Our goal is not just to hand over a device, but to make sure each person can actually use it with confidence from day one.
Orientation on Accessibility Features*
- Personalized walkthrough (upon request) of the built-in accessibility tools across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
- VoiceOver basics: turning on/off, essential gestures, rotor functions.
- Dictation, magnification, text size, and display accommodations.
- Pairing Bluetooth devices such as braille displays, external keyboards, hearing aids, and AirPods.
- Enough to get started comfortably — not a full training, but enough to open doors.
