Low Vision Access by Eye.T is a video-based low vision curriculum that teaches students how to use accessibility features across Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices. It helps Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TVIs) address a wide range of low vision technology needs through structured, student-centered lessons.

The Low Vision Learning System

The program uses a simple, hands-on approach that helps students identify their needs, learn new accessibility features, and apply what they learn to real-world tasks.

1. Choose a Task

Choose from 30 real-world tasks that present common visual challenges.

2. Check In

Rate your ability to complete the task on a 1–5 scale.

3. Learn a Feature

Learn how to use an accessibility feature or technology tool designed to address the challenge.

4. Try the Task

Use the newly learned feature to complete the task, then check in again to measure your progress.

5. Decide and Document

Determine whether the feature works for you and document the results for future reference.
